Incredible! I have a new shower. It is gleaming and super clean. They treated it as if it was their own. They fixed a small water leak that caused the mold to spread and advised us to change bad habits, as using bar soap, etc that cause mold and soap scum on the tiles. We will adhere to the instructions. The grout of our kitchen floor was also redone and now I am afraid to walk on it. It is soooo clean and professionally done. Thank you Mark, Angela and Jackson, who inspected the kitchen floor and is totally satisfied.

We needed help with grout and caulk in a shower that had gotten quite discolored. The estimator was very detailed and gave us lots of information about what was wrong and what they would and wouldn't be able to fix. On the day of, the technician was running a few minutes late, and they still reached out to let me know when he would arrive. (I understand that we can't control traffic or weather--it's the communication that's important!)
Monte got right to work and fixed everything in record time. He explained how to use the new cleaner that was included and left our shower nice and clean. Thank you, Sir Grout!

We are putting our house on the market and needed to refinish our 100x50 inch island top. (High calcium granite that etched like marble). From the quote visit with Judi, to Monty doing the job, we could not have asked for a better experience!
Judi explained the composition of our countertop and how they could fix the awful etching on it. Luckily for us, they had a date available before our move. Monty called on the morning of the repair to say when he would arrive and he was here to the minute. He was not only friendly and professional, but, he did an amazing job! And, he gave us tips on caring for our stone countertop.
