Very professional. Not only were they on time, but they went above and beyond to fix some of the more damaged areas in my bathrooms. What originally, I thought was grout, turned out to be shower sealant of some sort. This ended up letting water get behind the tiles and into the wall. They scraped everything off and grouted it to match the rest of the bathroom. They were also able to remove mold that had seeped into one of the grout lines in the tile floor. Would highly recommend these guys.

What a fabulous job. I have used other Tile Cleaning Services many times and have always been disappointed as they either do haphazard work or always leave a visible residue with discolored water marks on the grout. I decided to use Sir Grout for a complete rehab of all my tile (1,400 sq. ft) plus very large MB and guest showers. They even fixed cracked grout lines in various places and attacked same on my lanai. I couldn't be more pleased and astonished at their results. The tile and grout looks like a new installation and is as good as when it was originally installed. The experience was exceptional from the initial negotiation with owner Marty Guttsen through the actual work performed by Stephen and Robert. They showed up promptly with all working equipment and even wore booties to insure a clean job. They worked tirelessly for three days and cared about my requirements and any requests. All in all a great experience and I will continue to use Sir Grout for yearly maintenance ensuring that our floors retain its exceptional look. I am also planning on using them for some special work on the granite in our MB and expect the same high results and exceptional care. Thanks Marty and Team for a satisfying experience.

Steve and Robert came out to repair the grout in our master shower which was truly a mess! They arrived right on time and worked straight for 8 hours. Doing business with Sir Grout is a pleasure. Marty, the owner, couldn't be more accommodating and his technicians very professional restoring grout lines in my kitchen. After a couple months I saw a bit of wear on the grout lines so I called Marty. Today, the technicians came back and redid the entire area at no charge. I was told they are now using a new polymer so this will not happen again. My floors look brand new. Thank you.

The technicians, Robert and Steve, were excellent! They were able to come earlier than scheduled, which was great for me. My kids left the hot water dripping in a shower at the beach. By the time we came back we had mildew everywhere on the shower floor. I tried everything to get rid of it but it was a mess. Sir Grout made it look brand new in one visit. Now it's also sealed. It's miraculous!! Thanks!
