We contracted Sir Grout to get our old grout (kitchen and master bath) looking good again. We had the service done yesterday and we are very impressed. First, the price estimate they gave was a lot less than I feared it would be. That was a nice surprise. Our technician, Robert, was very professional, polite and efficient. It was obvious that he cared about our home and did a great job to make everything look great. He cleaned up everything when we was done and was just a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Sir Grout for anyone who wants their tile floors to look brand new again!
Our whole experience was great from beginning to end! It began with Marty & Judi, franchise owners, coming to our home to explain their grout and color sealing products and processes in detail. We decided to break our project into two parts: Concentrating first on the cleaning, re-finishing & sealing of our master bathroom shower tile and grout, the replacement of all the caulking and the cleaning and the re-sealing of our granite kitchen countertop. They did a wonderful job! Our shower tile looks like new & our granite countertop shines. We received great customer service from the owners and Corey and Robert, our service techs, who were very professional and courteous. We had a few touch ups to be made after their initial visit and they promptly returned to take care of them, wanting to make sure we were fully satisfied. We can't wait until we begin the second phase of our project which will include the cleaning and color-sealing of all our tile throughout our home. Thank you, Sir Grout, for a job well done!

The crew that came to my house did a great job. The first day, they replaced about 8 cracked tiles without damaging any of the surrounding tiles and without kicking up a lot of mortar dust. Then, they came back in a few days and cleaned all the tile in the house and recolored an sealed all the grout. All my tile floors look brand new! Thank you!
