One of the owners of this business inspected my job and issued the quote. She was honest, fully-disclosed all, and clearly explained anything I didn't quite initially understand. Sir Grout scheduled times to do the work that accommodated my needs. The workmen who did the work over two days were personable, professional, neat and knowledgeable. My bathrooms are now lovely, and, in fact, I would appreciate it if the Guttsen's — the owners of this franchise — offered an on-going maintenance contract which would include yearly cleaning and re-sealing of all household tile/grout surfaces. I would be more than interested in investing.

Robert & his crew did an excellent & very professional job with repairing the grout work in our three bathroom showers. They keep us appraised of their work throughout the process. Also, they arrived on-time, which in today's world is very rare. Plus, they were very friendly. We had 1500 square feet of 15 year old tile/grout that we debated the repair or replacement options on. We did extensive research before choosing the repair option by Sir Grout. My floors and grout look like BRAND new tile/grout! We are completely satisfied with the appearance. Rarely does home improvement project turn out better than expected. This was considerably less cost and mess than replacing all that tile. The techs, Robert and David, did it in a full day; both are efficient, skilled and very professional. The products do not have any smell and when they leave, the floor can be walked on. If immaculate floors are a must for you, look into Sir Grout.
