I contacted Sir Grout via their website to inquire about an estimate and received a call within a day or so to set an appointment for the following Monday. Judi came out to take measurements and see our floors firsthand to give an estimate. She was extremely friendly, knowledge, and had a brochure of color options, as we were looking to color seal our spotty light (and dark depending on where you looked) brown grout. She gave us a detailed explanation of what work would occur and shortly after her visit sent us over an itemized estimate for services.

The price was fair and they included incentives, such as warranty on the work and discounts on future services. We scheduled our appointment shortly after and they custom ordered our color sealant, as we went for a darker shade than most do I suppose. On the morning of our appointment the two gentlemen showed up to do the work bright and early and got right to it. They deep cleaned and applied the color sealant a lot quicker than we expected and we were very happy with the results! We did notice a couple spots within a dark closet that didn't take the sealant well that we noticed after they had left, but Judi sent someone back out right away to fix it. They said if anything else pops up to let them know and they're happy to come back out. That's the kind of customer service that I can really appreciate. Very happy with the experience from beginning to end and love our new charcoal grey grout!

When we purchased our home, we knew our master bath stall shower and floor were in need of some real help. My first impulse was to rip out and retile. Some neighbors suggested checking out Sir Grout services first. When the owner, Judi, came by to look, she assured me that her company would do a great job and be a lot less expensive than a remodel!! I was not disappointed. Her technicians explained what they were doing, step by step. My shower stall looks brand new and my tile floor looks amazing. Both Judi and her husband, Marty, were informative, courteous and a pleasure to work with. In the future, I will be using them for some additional cleaning and would confidently recommend their services to anyone.

Had our master bath shower walls and floor cleaned and sealed. Several places in grout had to be repaired. Jordan and Tabatha were right on time, used drop clothes from front door to the bathroom and were very courteous and professional. They explained the work as they progressed and made sure we were happy with their work. The shower looks brand new again. Job well done.

When we purchased a 1999 era home, it was filled with tile! We had living areas replaced with a beautiful dark plank. We thought the dark grout we saw In the bathrooms, at the showing, would go nicely... once we closed, it wasn't a dark grout at all, but dirt!!! Sir Grout gallantly arrived for a rescue!

I had my tile floors cleaned and sealed by Sir Grout a few days ago. They also regrouted a few areas where the grout was wearing thin. My 10-year-old floors now look like new.
