We are in the process of remodeling our home and Judi come out to see our new tiles floors and marble shower that we needed the grout haze removed from. Judi explained the process and was so knowledgeable that we went with Sir Grout to handle this. Judi sent out her crew of Jordan and Robert and they were fantastic. Shower clean and re-caulk was done on time and as promised. Jordan was friendly and helpful and left absolutely no mess. The shower trouble areas are taken care of, and the floor is no longer slick. I think the cost was fair. At age 75, I'm a little uncomfortable with learning new cleaning instructions, but I think I can adapt. Time will tell if I made a good decision for the long term.

Marty, Judi, and the entire Sir Grout team were a pleasure to work with. They cleaned, color sealed, and epoxy sealed all four of our bathrooms, in addition to our tiled fireplace, kitchen backsplash and kitchen sink. We had fun picking seal and grout colors! Both Marty and Judi came to our home to oversee the project and address touch-ups. I'm so happy I called Sir Grout!

We have a stone shower that after several years and numerous attempts to keep the grout on the floor clean, I saw an ad for Sir Grout. Read the reviews and decided to have the free quote. I will say I had my doubts but Judi and Marty were great. They and the technicians were professional and did a great job. I now have a shower that looks brand new and has much easier maintenance. Highly recommend.

I tried to re-caulk my guest/hall bath tub/shower by myself and ended up removing too much of the caulk I had put down and I freaked out. I had already spent four days just trying to remove the old caulk, clean everything, mask it off and put down the new caulk. When I realized that I had wiped away too much of the new caulk and would have to start all over I said no way. I searched for the best and highly rated company near me in Jacksonville, FL. From the second I called I was treated wonderfully and they understood my dilemma. Judi came over and I showed her "my handy work", I then explained everything to her and she said, "sure we can help you and take care of your problem for you".

Judi was so easy to talk to and work with. I felt like she was an old friend. Today Robert showed up right on time and re-caulked (they call it grout) my guest/hall bathroom tub/shower. Robert was just like Judi. He was sweet, sincere, professional, talented, easy to talk to and he re-caulked (again, they call it grout) what I had screwed up in a few hours. He ensured that I was happy before he left and I appreciated him taking care of a few areas I wanted a little thicker (I'm a pain in the rear, lol). Roberts work was outstanding. His caulk/grout job looks fantastic. Robert also cleaned up after himself and what I also appreciated was that he had on booties/shoe covers when he came to my front door. Thank you for that!

I am very pleased with the caulk job (they call it grout) that the Jacksonville Florida Sir Grout team did. I am definitely going to have them back in the fall to re-grout my entire master bathroom shower because it is at the point where it will be needing some TLC in a few months. I am moving into a house with tile everywhere except the bedrooms. After several attempts to clean the grout I realize color seal was the way to go. Judi at Sir Grout came out with all the colors so we could sample them on the floor to pick the right ones. The job got done yesterday and it looks great! The floors are so clean now. Thank you, Sir and Madame Grout.
