Judy was very professional. Very well prepared and had all the color charts and information ahead of time. She actually is an excellent color, matching professional. I hated the bright white grout on my bathroom floor tile and she matched it to the wall grout, which is a light blue called rain perfectly.
Marty, the technician that did two bathroom floors and two showers, was so professional and did such a good job. We were so pleased.
Monte was very professional and did a great job with our floors. We had a discolored/stained area in our foyer, after working on the floor and polishing, the bad spot is gone, no evidence that it was ever there. Would definitely use again.
My experience couldn't have been easier, and in addition to enjoyable interactions with the owner and all of the staff, the quality of the work was outstanding. My technician, Monte, was thorough and professional. He left me with a complete understanding of what had been done and how to care for the new grout.
This is the company to call. My grout looks fantastic, and I feel like I have a new bathroom.
this is the second time we've used Sir Grout. Excellent workmanship. Very professional. Highly recommend.
Judi was so knowledgeable and helpful! She explained everything and came over multiple times to show us samples and make sure we were happy. Monty and Ray were amazing technicians as well. They made our showers and floors look brand new! We are so pleased with the results and will definitely use them again for any future projects!
So thankful I found this EXCELLENT company to work in my home and especially that I had the opportunity to have Monty assigned to my shower renew!! Monty is an A+ employee! He arrived on time, was so kind and did an awesome job making my tile shower look like new.
