Sir Grout did a great job with the bottom of our stall shower. They repaired the damaged grout, sealed and cleaned the whole shower. The whole job took about 5 hours (as quoted) and they totally cleaned up the shower and the surrounding area before they left.
The tech, Rey, did a great job and was very professional. The end product was exactly what was described. I would definitely use them again.
I had an initial consultation to have my floors refreshed with Judy who was very kind and professional. I was very impressed with the product used to seal the grout and decided to move forward. Grace followed up and was able to get me on the schedule pretty quickly. The day of my of job, Rell and his crew showed up on time and after confirming what areas were to be worked on, they got to work quickly.
The entire time the guys were so respectful and professional. They worked meticulously and kept a clean work space. They really wanted to make sure I was satisfied and encouraged me to find any flaws or missed areas because they wanted me to be 100% satisfied before they left. It took a long time because I have plank style flooring, but I appreciated that they were not rushing through the work so that extra time was well spent in my opinion.

We were looking to update and refresh our kitchen (update the cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, fixtures) and were considering what to do with the floor - old-fashioned 12" x 12" white ceramic tiles that were at least 25 years old from when we moved in (maybe even 60 years old since the construction of the house).
We had the floors cleaned when we moved in, but over the years, the grout had turned brownish, and the tiles were scuffed and well-worn. We knew ripping up the floor would be expensive. We found Sir Grout, hoping that it would be a cost-effective alternative, and now that they have completed the job, the finished product exceeded our expectations - the floor is totally transformed. Our kitchen practically looks like a new build.
From the time we met with Judi, the owner, who sat and explained the process, working with Grace for questions and scheduling as we had to balance a variety of work on the rest of the kitchen, and then Brian and Rell who showed up when promised and worked very diligently for most of the day, often on their knees as they cleaned and polished, everyone has been friendly and helpful. All showed pride in their work and in the company they worked for.
As I said, we couldn't be more pleased with our choice of Sir Grout. Our floors look great! We can't recommend Judi and her team at Sir Grout highly enough. If you're on the fence about your tile flooring, make sure you give Sir Grout a chance to show you what they can do for you.
From the professionalism and attention to detail by Judi in the initial consultation to the beautiful finished product, we were highly satisfied with Sir Grout!
