On the day of service, Elliot called to give his ETA and arrived right on schedule as promised. That level of reliability isn't always common in the service industry—many times, you're left waiting at their mercy—but this was not the case with Sir Grout.

Sir Grout is Outstanding! First, with Judi, the owner, doing the walkthrough to quote the work to be done. She is so knowledgeable and provided me with so much information on how to take care of the tile and grout going forward. Then to Monte and Elliott, who came to do the work. These young men were fantastic! They were so professional, friendly, hardworking, and careful. They worked so hard all day cleaning and color-sealing the grout. My floors and showers look brand new! The owner, Judi, was a pleasure to meet during the initial consultation. She was very thorough and informative and provided us with honest recommendations, a prompt quote, and projected timeline.
Her operations manager, Grace, was also very responsive to our questions and our personal timeline needs. The technician crew - Monte, Telly, and Elliott - provided exceptional service. They were on-time, polite and attentive, thoroughly explained the process and expectations, and completed the tedious work efficiently and cohesively. Overall, I'm very pleased and excited with the outcome.
I love my floors again! I wish I had taken a before photo of our master shower - the difference is hard to believe! Highly recommend!
