We were very pleased with the excellent outcome of our shower and garden tub surroundings. The work was meticulously completed and looked amazing.
We needed our stone countertop refinished, as it had etch marks from glasses, acidic foods etc. I couldn't find anyone who even knew the type of stone that we have (it has natural fossils in it), until someone from Sir Grout came out. She researched what we have and was able to come up with a plan of action for getting the etch marks out. The guy that came out was professional and WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Our counters look brand new! I highly recommend this company!
I was very impressed with the results of my tile floor clean and color seal completed by Sir Grout in February 2024. Judi explained in detail prior to the service date. The technician was exceptional in his application to detail, as it is a physically challenging process to complete. I have a lot of tile in my house. I bought the product. So far, so good. Spent a lot of money for our new bathroom and the contractor decided not to grout everything or seal it, and it leaked through to the foundation flooring! I called Sir Grout and Judi came and put our mind at ease, saying the job can be salvaged.
