5 starts for effort. We were impressed by the professionalism of the job presentation by both Judi Guttsen Owner and Marty. We were enthusiastic to have our master walk-in shower restored. The techs on the job Robert and Marvin were professional and kept us informed, answered our questions and wanted to ensure we were going to be among their happy customers. 24 hours later and a contact to Judi and Marty Sir Grout responded promptly and professionally with a return visit.

Results we were all seeing failed short of all our restore expectations. A second complimentary service brought much improvement to our master shower. We needed re-grout throughout and due to age extra work on the tile floor. We appreciate the commitment to gaining our complete satisfaction on this job (which was done as originally proposed and timely) and will have Sir Grout back for additional help.

Courteous, professional, personable, all descriptors of the people associated with Sir Grout of NE Florida. They do what they say they're going to do, and they want the customer to be satisfied with the result. I would recommend them without hesitation. The actual job they performed for me was small, grout repair in two bathrooms in my older home. But they did a great job, and I was very pleased with their work. By the way, their price was competitive as I took several bids prior to choosing Sir Grout of NE Florida.

Robert arrived at our home on time, after phoning to alert us that he was in route. He worked very efficiently and was respectful of our house and furnishings. He completed the agreed upon work in a timely manner, and we're extremely satisfied with the results. Our shower tile and grout now appears to be in the same shape as when initially installed. I would highly recommend this vendor.

I have just had my shower re-grouted and sealed by Jordan of Sir Grout company. The shower looks brand new. It has been used once or twice a day for the last 15 years and never had grout cleaned or replaced. Jordan the technician was polite, efficient, arrived right on time and got to work. My initial reaction is I am so pleased with the work and highly recommend Sir Grout and Jordan.

The technician, Robert, arrived promptly at 9 AM as scheduled. He went right to work and after a couple of hours the job was done very professionally and to perfection! The cost for the job was fair in our opinion. We would definitely recommend Sir Grout to anyone who needs grout work done in their home.

Robert and his crew were fantastic. They carefully helped refine the color selections so that it was perfect. They also moved all the furniture out and back, and colored and re-sealed each and every grout line. We are very, very impressed. You might be able to find someone who will claim to do it for less, but I think it would be impossible to find someone who does a quality job like this team and clearly takes pride in their work. They came on time and delivered in every way. Give them serious consideration if you want excellent work. The tile is like new after 22 years! We are very pleased!

One of the owners of this business inspected my job and issued the quote. She was honest, fully-disclosed all, and clearly explained anything I didn't quite initially understand. Sir Grout scheduled times to do the work that accommodated my needs. The workmen who did the work over two days were personable, professional, neat and knowledgeable. My bathrooms are now lovely, and, in fact, I would appreciate it if the Guttsen's — the owners of this franchise — offered an on-going maintenance contract which would include yearly cleaning and re-sealing of all household tile/grout surfaces. I would be more than interested in investing.
