Needed a quick quote and turn-around for a rental property we were planning to move back into to prep for sale. Judi was timely and scheduled the service quickly. The specialists arrived early and were extremely professional and courteous. The entire home has tile flooring and the end result was amazing! The grout looked so much better and the sealant on the tile really brought back the color. I would highly recommend them.

Marty came to my residence and clearly explained what Sir Grout would do to refresh my kitchen floor tile and grout and gave me a more-than-acceptable estimate. We are in the process of remodeling our home and Judi come out to see our new tiles floors and marble shower that we needed the grout haze removed from. Judi explained the process and was so knowledgeable that we went with Sir Grout to handle this. Judi sent out her crew of Jordan and Robert and they were fantastic. Shower clean and re-caulk was done on time and as promised. Jordan was friendly and helpful and left absolutely no mess. The shower trouble areas are taken care of, and the floor is no longer slick. I think the cost was fair. At age 75, I'm a little uncomfortable with learning new cleaning instructions, but I think I can adapt. Time will tell if I made a good decision for the long term.
Marty, Judi, and the entire Sir Grout team were a pleasure to work with. They cleaned, color sealed, and epoxy sealed all four of our bathrooms, in addition to our tiled fireplace, kitchen backsplash and kitchen sink. We had fun picking seal and grout colors! Both Marty and Judi came to our home to oversee the project and address touch-ups. I'm so happy I called Sir Grout!

We have a stone shower that after several years and numerous attempts to keep the grout on the floor clean, I saw an ad for Sir Grout. Read the reviews and decided to have the free quote. I will say I had my doubts but Judi and Marty were great. They and the technicians were professional and did a great job. I now have a shower that looks brand new and has much easier maintenance. Highly recommend.
