Sam and Josh were absolutely great. Sam had been one of 2 techs who did the grout in the Master Bath shower and Master Bath floor - and she was great then. Today they did the kitchen, breakfast nook, family room & laundry room color sealing and grouting. Beautiful job - very hard and efficient workers, nice to be around - would absolutely recommend!
I have had other companies work on my floors, but this is the only one that did a superior job. I have full confidence that if I have a question or problem with my floors, Sir Grout will respond and help me. It hasn't been that way with other grout and floor cleaning companies. Sir Grout came out to our house for 2 days and cleaned, grout painted and sealed all of the tile including the shower! It looks like new tile and we are very pleased with the professionalism of Sam and Josh. They informed us every step of the way and consulted us to make sure it looked like we wanted. They cleaned up everything and put all the furniture back exactly where we wanted it. Would recommend Sir Grout to anyone in need of excellence in tile cleaning.
Joe and Joe went miles beyond our expectations. They were both my type of personality... They noticed every speck and every crack and fixed the grout to perfection. I am very, very hard core when it comes to details and I notice everything. So did they... They cleaned and fixed the grout so that even my critical eyes could not find anything wrong when they were done. I was in shock... This has never happened with any home repair company.
