Had a great experience on Sir Grout doing an extensive cleaning and re-group of a bathroom. The difference from before and after is like night and day. They are prompt to respond, show up on time and work hard while onsite. Very thorough in their explanations both before and after, and the finished product was better than we expected. Did I mention that they are prompt to respond? Seems simple, but a huge differentiator these days. We will use them again in the future.
The techs did an outstanding job cleaning every square foot… didn't miss a corner… and then meticulously applied the new grout evenly across the entire floor. It looked like an entirely new floor!

Judy had me booked for an estimate that fit my schedule ASAP and she did a great job explaining everything and analyzing the colors that really made the tile pop. Marty did a great job scheduling and keeping me up to date with the project time-line and keeping me informed if anything was going to change time/price wise. The crew: Joe/Joe/Josh were fantastic! They are all Veterans and really made me comfortable as they worked in my home. They did a great job protecting my property during the project, were a pleasure to work with, got along with my crazy dog, went above and beyond spotting things needing to be fixed that I didn't notice, and if I ever need any future repairs I hope they come again.
For the final end product: Wow! I've laid tile before and this floor looks brand new! Well worth the $ and 2 days it took to complete this project!
